Jason Sparks, President

Jason Sparks Jason grew up in Texas and attended University of Texas and Texas Tech University. He has worked with new media IT projects including e-learning since 1993. Jason worked for large scale computing with Aspect Computing for eight years rising from developer to General Manager, Southeast Asia. Jason co-founded Logical Steps new media laboratory in India, Singapore and USA. His clients have included Porsche Cars, the Government of Canada, Accenture, EduCare International, Resources Trust Company, Intel, Coca Cola, AIG, HSBC, Toyota, Nestle and McKenzie & Company.



Viswanath Parameswaran, Chief Technology Officer

Vish Viswanath Parameswaran (BSc – Physics, University of Kerala, India). Mr. Parameswaran has been engaged in the interactive industry for more than ten years. A physics graduate who studied at the University of Moskow, he uses his understanding of that discipline to create simulations and gaming techniques for use in developing exciting e-learning products. Mr. Parameswaran has worked with many global brands, such as Asia Pacific Breweries, Hewlett Packard, General Motors, Coco Cola, DHL, AIA, NCS, and Standard Chartered Bank. His experience covers 3D, Video, E-learning, Web Applications, Social Media and Interactive Games. He has been labelled the "god of Flash programming".



James L. Flowers, MD, MPH (Harvard), Chief Intellectual Officer

Subject Matter Expert – Medicine and Public Health; Learning Theory

Dr. James L. Flowers Based in Las Vegas, Nevada, Dr. Flowers is a practicing physician, educator, inventor, and author. His passion is teaching, and his textbooks have been used by hundreds of thousands of students to prepare for the MCAT (Medical College Admission Test). He is also the inventor of GELS’ patent-pending, futuristic Minerva™ e-learning system. Dr. Flowers was a national pioneer in the development of safe and effective narcotic pain management programs, which have only recently been duplicated by others. He has developed and taught numerous healthcare continuing educations courses. Dr. Flowers is the inventor of a number of patents for pharmaceutical products. He is also the author of two medical suspense novels - "The Raiders of Lost Youth" and "My Brother's Footsteps" (both pending publication). Dr. Flowers is a 1977 graduate of the Harvard Medical School. Dr. Flowers is Board-certified in internal medicine.


Janice Moreland, Business Development Officer

Subject Matter Expert – Test Prep; Healthcare

Janice Moreland Janice is passionate about helping people. For more than 25 years she's worked with students preparing for standardized tests. Janice also has strong background in clinical administration, laboratory and counseling work. She currently serves as the Western Regional Secretary for the National Association of Medical Minority Educators.
